SINAY has certified its integrated management system to provide its customers with quality services that respect the environment and are carried out safely for its employees.
SINAY is based on the ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and OHSAS 18001 (Security) thematic reference frameworks, in phase with our strategic vision.
From these standards, SINAY responds to 6 commitments:
- Act safely at sea and on land and prevent damage to the health of employees
- Promote the digital maritime transition
- Develop the company internationally
- Develop human skills
- Protect the environment and prevent pollution
- Ensuring a high level of quality to our customers
To meet the requirements of the standards and obtain the different certifications, SINAY had to formalize its business processes, monitor its activities and improve its organization. All SINAY employees were brought in a few months to structure and standardize their actions to offer services that meet our commitments.
